We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.

Sometimes it may take a little longer, in which case we will let you know and ask you to wait 5-10 days after confirming your order.

We will send you a dispatch confirmation and tracking link once the parcel has been sent for delivery.

Step 4: Parcel in transit
