Returns & Refunds
The return process in 4 simple steps:
Step 1: Email us at write@volcanicwine.club within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your name, order number and specify whether you wish to return or exchange the item.
If you have received a defective, incomplete or different item from the order, please provide a photo of the item and describe the reasons for the problem: we will find a solution together.
We will send you a return label to put on your parcel.

Step 3: Prepare the parcel
Please handle the item with care and make sure it is returned in the same condition you received it.
✔ Put a return label on the parcel (to cover the original label). Send the parcel to the collection point in your country by any postal operator. The address will already be on the return label.
Step 4: We take care of the rest
Returns are processed and checked within two working days of receipt at the warehouse, and refunds are processed as soon as possible.
Please note that we will not be able to accept returns that do not fulfil the conditions in step 3. Such goods will be sent back to the buyer.
Refunds are made to the person who placed the original order via the payment method used. It is usually processed by the bank within 14 working days; this time may vary slightly depending on the country and bank.
