Shipping rates and times vary based upon destination (please see the table below). Your rate will be automatically calculated at checkout.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
2.1 Please ensure that your delivery address is correct. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional payment for redelivery.
2.2 If no one is available at your address to sign for your order, our delivery partner will leave a note explaining what steps to take to arrange redelivery. In most cases, they will attempt to deliver the package two more times, each time leaving a card with instructions.
2.3 We strongly recommend that you check the integrity of the package upon receipt. If you find any defects, you should immediately report them to the delivery company. If the package is found to be damaged, indicating unauthorized tampering, you may refuse to accept the package from the sender.
2.4 Please note that some destinations outside the EU may incur customs duties upon arrival of your package, the amount of which depends on the country. Since we cannot provide the exact amount, we encourage you to check local taxes and duties before placing your order.
RETURNS
GENERAL RETURN INFORMATION
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right to return the purchased products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package.
To return an item, you need to send us a return request at contact@bhappybrand.com within 14 days from the delivery date, providing your name and order number. We will confirm receipt of your request via email and send you a return form. You will then need to send the item back within 30 days from the date of the return request.
